As Singapore celebrates 60 years of independence, we not only reflect on our shared journey but also look forward with hope to the future we want to build.
在新加坡迎来建国60周年之际，我们不仅回顾这段共同走过的非凡旅程，更满怀希望地展望未来。
This year’s nationwide art competition carries the theme “A World Without Cancer” and invites all children, youths, and communities to use art to express hope and compassion. Today, the world is closer than ever to eliminating a cancer for the first time in human history — cervical cancer.
今年的全国艺术比赛，以“无癌世界”为主题，向所有孩子、青少年与团体发出邀请——用画笔描绘心中的希望世界，一起为消除宫颈癌出一份力。
Through this competition, we call on every participant to imagine, create, and inspire a future where cancer is no longer a threat.
当下，人类距离首次彻底消除一种癌症——宫颈癌——比以往任何时候都更接近。这场比赛既是对未来的期许，也是一场唤起同理心与共同行动的艺术盛典。
Competition Themes and Categories 比赛主题与组别 Category 1: A World Without Cancer, As I See It (Ages 5–7)What would the future look like if cancer no longer existed?
This category invites our youngest participants to imagine a Singapore where everyone lives long, healthy, and joyful lives. Show us your vision of a world without cervical cancer – where the dreams of a Healthier SG come true! 组别一：我眼中的无癌世界（5-7岁）
你是否曾想象过一个没有癌症的未来？
在这个组别中，小朋友们将发挥想象力，描绘一个人人健康、长寿、快乐的新加坡。让我们一起看见你心中没有宫颈癌的“Healthier SG”愿景！ Category 2: How I Can Help End Cancer (Ages 8–12)
Even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference.
In this category, participants are encouraged to reflect on how they can support others and take part in the fight against cervical cancer – whether through spreading awareness, caring for loved ones, or joining community efforts. Every action counts.
组别二：我如何为抗癌出一份力（8-12岁）每一个小小的善意，都可能带来巨大的改变。
在这个组别中，参赛者将反思并表达他们能如何帮助他人、参与抗癌行动。也许是传播知识、关怀亲人、参与公益，每一种方式都值得被看见。
Category 3: We Are Stronger When We Care Together (Ages 13–18)For 60 years, Singapore has shown the power of unity and resilience.
This category pays tribute to everyday heroes – people who show up with love and courage to support others. Through your art, celebrate our shared strength and how, together, we can build a future without cancer.
组别三：关爱让我们更坚强（13-18岁）60年来，新加坡不断展现团结一致的力量。
这个组别将致敬每一位平凡却伟大的“社区英雄”，他们用爱与勇气支持他人。你的作品，将成为我们团结抗癌、迈向无癌未来的见证。
Category 4: Drawing Hope, Together (Ages 18 and above)No matter who you are – student, working adult, or senior – we invite you to be part of this hopeful vision.
Use your art to express the belief in a future free from cancer – one where families, friends, and colleagues live without fear. Start with cervical cancer, and imagine a world where real change is possible.
组别四：希望的图景，我们共绘（18岁以上）无论你是学生、工作人士，还是退休长者，我们都邀请你参与这个象征希望的创作。
用你的画笔，表达对一个没有癌症威胁的未来的向往——一个我们的家庭、朋友、同事都能健康生活的世界。从宫颈癌开始，我们一起创造真正的改变。
