Youth & Children Education Society Singapore (新加坡青少年与儿童教育协会)

Our Members

The people behind the society.

YCESS is carried by people who build stages for the young, not for themselves. Council members bring experience from finance, technology, education and law, and serve across Singapore's education and cultural communities. They govern collectively, lend their expertise quietly, and share a single measure of success — young people standing on real stages, growing in confidence, capability and character.

The Council

One Body, Three Responsibilities

The Council acts collectively, and its work is rarely visible on stage. It is the reason every stage is safe, credible and true to the society’s purpose.

Purpose

Protecting the mission and ensuring that young people remain at the centre of the society's work.

Oversight

Reviewing strategy, governance, risk, partnerships and responsible use of resources.

Stewardship

Building an organisation that is credible, sustainable and accountable to its community.

You’ll Find Us Where the Stages Are

The society keeps no gallery of individual profiles. If you want to know our members, look at where they spend their weekends.

The Society Is Its Members

Beyond the Council, YCESS is carried by members, volunteers and educators who give their time to keep real stages running. Membership is open — join the community behind the work.

Collective governance

The Council acts and speaks as one body — no individual profiles, no personality politics. Decisions serve the young people on the stage, not the names behind it.

Governance

A documented record

Every competition and event the society runs is published and preserved word-for-word. What we did is always checkable.
