一、活动背景 I. Event Background

庆祝中新建交35周年,进一步促进两国青少年文化交流,增进相互理解与友谊,中国宋庆龄青少年科技文化交流中心与新加坡中国文化中心联合举办“你好!中新友谊之花”青少年绘画征集及展示活动。活动以艺术为纽带、以创意为桥梁,展现两国青少年的艺术才华与创新精神,共同谱写中新友谊的新篇章。

To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Singapore, and to further cultural exchanges between the youth of the both countries and enhance mutual understanding and friendship, the China Soong Ching Ling Science and Culture Centre for Young People and the China Cultural Centre in Singapore co-hosted the “Hello! Flower of China-Singapore Friendship” International Youth Painting Collection and Exhibition event. With art as the link and creativity as the bridge, the event aims to showcase the artistic talents and innovative spirit of youths from both countries and contribute its share to ushering in a new chapter of China-Singapore friendship.

四、作品创作主题 IV. Themes for Works 1.“双城记”: 以中国和新加坡为背景,描绘两国标志性建筑、自然风光、人文景观等,展现两国独特魅力和发展成就。例如:北京-新加坡、上海-新加坡、苏州-新加坡等。

  1. “A Tale of Two Cities”: Capture the iconic landmarks, natural scenery, and cultural landscapes of paired cities to showcase the unique charm and development achievements of both China and Singapore. Examples include Beijing-Singapore, Shanghai-Singapore, or Suzhou-Singapore.

2.“舌尖上的相遇”: 以中国和新加坡的美食文化为主题,描绘两地特色美食、饮食习惯、餐桌文化等,展现两地饮食文化的差异和融合。例如:饺子-叻沙、火锅-海南鸡饭、月饼-娘惹糕等。

  1. “A Meeting of Flavors”: With a focus on food cultures of China and Singapore, your works should illustrate the specialty dishes, dietary habits, and table manners of the two places, showing their differences and integration. Examples include dumplings-laksa, hot pot-Hainanese chicken rice, or mooncakes-Nyonya Kueh.

3.“未来的桥梁”: 以中国和新加坡的未来发展为想象,描绘两地在科技、环保、文化等领域的合作与交流,展现两国青少年对未来的美好愿景。例如:太空城市、绿色家园、文化交流等。

  1. “A Bridge to the Future”: When imagining how China and Singapore will develop in the future, your works should show their collaboration and exchanges in areas like science and technology, environmental protection, and culture to show the two nations’ young people’s optimistic outlooks. Examples include space city, green home, or cultural exchanges.

4.“自然故事”: 以中国和新加坡特有动植物为主题,描绘两国珍稀动植物、自然保护区和生态景观,展现青少年对自然环境的保护意识和对生态文明的思考。例如:中国大熊猫、金丝猴与新加坡胡姬花、长尾猕猴;中国黄龙自然保护区与新加坡武吉知马自然保护区等。

  1. “Nature Stories”: Centering on the distinctive flora and fauna of China and Singapore, you should draw the two countries’ rare animals and plants, nature reserves, and ecological landscapes. You should also demonstrate young people’s awareness of protecting the natural environment and their thinking about ecological conservation. Examples include China’s giant pandas and golden monkeys and Singapore’s orchids and long-tailed macaques; China’s Huanglong Nature Reserve and Singapore’s Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.
五、征集时间及年龄要求 V. Submission Period and Age Requirements 1.征集时间

自公告发布之日起至2025年8月31日23点59分(北京时间),以作品提交时间为准。

1.Submission Period

The submission period begins upon release of this announcement and concludes at 23:59 Beijing Time on August 31, 2025. All entries will be timestamped upon receipt.

2.年龄要求: 5岁至18岁 ,居住地为中国或新加坡的青少年儿童均可报名参加。

2.Age Requirement:

Children and teenagers aged 5 to 18 who reside in China or Singapore are eligible to apply.

六、作品要求 VI. Requirements for Works

1.作品内容积极向上,符合活动主题,采用油画、水彩、水粉、素描、版画、动漫等形式创作的2D平面绘画作品,无尺寸要求。

  1. The content of the works should be positive and uplifting, conforming to the theme of the event. 2D flat paintings created in forms such as oil painting, watercolor, gouache, sketching, printmaking, and animation are acceptable, and there is no size requirement.

2.作品创作主题四选一,展现中新两国青少年间的友好交往。

  1. Participants should choose one out of four given themes for their work, which should showcase the friendly exchanges between young people from China and Singapore.

3.作品电子文件清晰完整,无阴影、扭曲、倾斜,单幅大小5MB-10MB,分辨率不低于300dpi(像素/英寸),图片格式jpg或png。

  1. The electronic files of the works must be clear and complete, free from shadows, distortions, or tilts. Each file should be between 5MB and 10MB in size, with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi (dots per inch). The image format should be either JPG or PNG.

4.投稿须保证为新创、原创作品,且未在其他活动中参展及获奖,不得使用人工智能工具生成作品。

  1. Entries must be newly created, original works that have not been exhibited or awarded in any other events. It is forbidden to generate the works using artificial intelligence tools.

5.作品内容应规范绘画国旗、国家版图等画面。 如内容不符合宣传发布标准,需要保证授权修改或适当删减。

  1. The depiction of national flags, territorial maps, etc., in the works should be standardized. If the content does not meet the standards for publicity and dissemination, the creator must grant permission for modifications or appropriate deletions to be made.

6.作品画面主体不得体现作者姓名、年龄、所在学校等个人信息文字。

  1. No personal information, including the creator’s name, age, or school, should be included in the images of the major body of the piece.

七、提交方式 VII. Submission

作品可通过TREE ART任意校区提交。

Works can be submitted through TREE ART at any campus.

八、奖项设置 VIII. Awards 设立特等奖、一等奖、二等奖、三等奖、优秀奖五个奖次,入选者授予电子纪念证书,比例如下:

There will be five award categories: Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Honorable Mention. Selected winners will be awarded electronic commemorative certificates. The distribution of awards is as follows:

Grand Prize: 2 winners

一等奖:10名

First Prize: 10 winners

二等奖:20名

Second Prize: 20 winners

三等奖:30名

Third Prize: 30 winners

优秀奖:100名

Honorable Mention: 100 winners

九、推荐方式 IX. Recommendation 1.推荐专家组成:由主办方邀请知名画家、艺术评论家、教育专家组成推荐工作组。

  1. Composition of Recommendation Experts: The hosts will invite renowned painters, art critics, and education experts to form a recommendation working group.

2.推荐标准:作品的主题相关性、创意性、技术性和审美价值。

  1. Recommendation Criteria: The relevance to the theme, creativity, technical proficiency, and aesthetic value of the works will be evaluated.

3.推荐流程:初步推荐——最终推荐——名单公布。

  1. Recommendation Procedure: Preliminary recommendation, final recommendation, and announcement of the selected list.

十、版权要求 X. Copyright Requirements 1.参赛者需确保提交的作品不侵犯他人的知识产权,包括但不限于著作权、商标权和专利权等。

  1. Participants must ensure that their entries do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, and patent rights.

2.若参赛者提交的作品涉及抄袭、侵权等问题,主办方有权取消其参赛资格。

  1. If a participant’s entry is found to involve plagiarism or infringement, the hosts reserve the right to disqualify the participant.

十一、注意事项 XI. Important Notes

1.参赛者需在规定时间内通过报名方式提交作品,逾期提交将不予受理。

  1. Participants must submit their works within the specified time frame through registration. Late submissions will not be accepted.

2.参赛者须确保提交的作品为原创,不得抄袭。一旦发现抄袭情况,将取消参赛及评选资格。

  1. Participants must ensure that their submitted works are original and not plagiarized. Any instance of plagiarism will result in disqualification from the competition and evaluation.

3.所有参赛作品的知识产权归参赛者所有,但参赛者应允许主办方在活动宣传和展览中使用其作品。

  1. The intellectual property rights of all entries belong to the participants. However, participants should grant the hosts permission to use their works for event promotion and exhibition purposes.

4.报名参与本活动即视为同意主办单位在相关活动中对参展作品的无偿使用,参加本活动的作品均无稿酬。

  1. By registering for and participating in this event, participants agree to the uncompensated use of their exhibited works by the hosts in related activities. No remuneration will be provided for the works involved in this event.

5.本公告未尽事宜另行通知,活动最终解释权归主办方所有。

  1. Any matters not covered in this announcement will be notified separately. The hosts reserve the right to final interpretation of the event.
