PARTNERS

Back a stage where young people make, and speak, for themselves.

YAI Singapore gives students aged 7–19 a season to make an AI project, ending with Demo Weekend on 16–17 January 2027. Registration is open with no cap; 3–5 finalist teams per track in each age group present live, and every participant is welcome at Demo Weekend. We’d love partners who want to support that, on terms families can trust.

PARTNERSHIP

Five kinds of partnership

No amounts listed: what each partner receives is agreed according to the support given.

Core partner

Broad support for the season. Credited first after YAI and YCESS; may be credited as "presented by" without changing the event name.

Track partner

Supports one track, such as AI Agents. Credited on that track's Player Cards once signed (for example "AI Agents track · powered by" and your name). Final challenges are set by YCESS and the academic committee.

Technology partner

Tools, credits or technical help. Tools may appear in the recommended list after age and terms checks, never as mandatory or exclusive.

Access partner

Supports fee-waiver places and other costs that keep YAI open to every family.

Community partner

Venues, outreach, volunteers, media, or in-kind support such as stickers and tees for the YAI Ambassador Programme.

What partners can do

  • A booth on Showcase & Awards Day, in a separate area from judging
  • Logo on the website, posters, on-site banners and at the awards (by partner type)
  • Staff volunteering at Demo Weekend
  • Up to one judge per age group across all partners, from education, AI or creative fields
  • Credit in the frame on our weekly reposts of the best #YAISG posts (“Season 26/27 · Track partner” and your name)
  • Reposting #YAISG posts on your own channels, when the post’s author agrees

What partners don’t get (and why families trust us)

  • Student or parent contact lists
  • Referral or voting data
  • Any influence on scores
  • Rights to students’ work for commercial use or AI training
  • Links between optional courses and taking part
  • Any claim of guaranteed awards or admissions
  • Children asked to tag you: posts never need a partner tag, and a tag earns no points

Partner announcements are coming.

Partners never receive student or parent lists. Partner booths are kept apart from judging and have no effect on scores. At most one judge per age group may come from a partner.

Timing, as a shared plan: partners are added to the website as they confirm. We aim to announce prize amounts once they’re funded, by Fri 18 Dec. Trophies and cash prizes; amounts announced once funded.

Write to partners@ (address to be confirmed) with your name and role, your organisation, which kind of partnership interests you, and whether you’re thinking of cash, in-kind support or both.
